The cleaning of the holiday home during the holiday is the responsibility of the resident. Sappeen Aatel's properties are available for rent
with the final cleaning. The price of the final cleaning is specified in the price list of the sites. Even if the final cleaning is ordered, it is assumed that the property has been left in its normal state, i.e. furniture and other equipment (TV, radio, etc.) in place and intact, rubbish removed, dishes washed and any other items that may have been left behind.

The cost of unlocking the door during opening hours of the Tourist Centre is €25 and €50 at other times.

Use of the 10-person hot water pool on the terrace, which is always warm during the rental period, costs
150€/rental. Use of the hot water pool must be agreed in advance. The water in the pool circulates several times
per day through the cleaning equipment. In addition, chlorine is used to disinfect the water in the pool. If the pool water
becomes so dirty by the customer that the water has to be changed and the pool has to be washed, we charge 150€.
The rent includes furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery and wood for the fireplace. Mattresses, blankets and
pads are included in the rental price. Coal for heating the large outdoor charcoal barbecue and
the tenant must bring his/her own lighters/fluids. There is an ashtray next to the grill. The grill must be
also clean up after use.
The burning of candles and outdoor fires, both indoors and outdoors, is prohibited. The boards of the wooden terrace are charred and
can catch fire from the heat of even a small outdoor fire.
